Unnecessary billing from Reliance Communication

Hi,

I used a reliance postpaid connection few months back, paid all the dues to an executive in cash, in personal in January and handed him an application to close the connection. However, Reliance is still generating bills for the same number and now calling me everyday to clear the outstanding. I have already requested closure of connection in written and shouldn’t be liable to pay any bills after January month.
