Unnecessary Bill and Threatening for Payment

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I want to deactivate my connection due to unnecessary wrong calls and made full and final payment according to Vodafone customer care but my bill is continually generated and ask me for force payment. I am always receiving threatening call. I am mentally disturb please help me out of this problem.
