unnecessary balance deductions

Name of company/service: idea cellular ltd.

I have been using idea cellular for a while now.I was using internet on my smartphone when i was in roaming , i surfed my net for 4-5 minutes and didn’t download anything still my balance was deducted upto 1000 rs. this is pathetic,this is the 5th or 6th time it is happening.i am done with it. i had to face many problems as without balance i couldn’t receive an important call. i want my 5000rs credited back to my account.
