Unnecessary balance deduction

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tata DOCOMO prepaid

This stupid company deducted Rs. 49 from my balance giving some lame reason that I have downloaded some value pack. When I called the customer care I was told that I browsed some chargeable website or downloaded some chargeable app which I never did. They are not ready to refund my balance too. I am fed up of this stupid company.
