Unnecessary Balance Deducted

Name of company/service: Reliance mobile
I have recharged my reliance mobile connection with Rs.81(12/2/2011) for 7 days unlimited net surfing from PC.But today i face problem, when i try to connect the internet , it was unnecessary deducted my A/C balance. I Was contact customar care several time , but they don’t reply any appropriate answer .
