unnecessary balance cut

Name of company/service: airtel prepaid mobile service

Respected sir,
My air tel prepaid mobile no is +918626988033.
Sir last month my account balance cut automatically and i call to costumer care of air tel .they add my complaint a two time but no response for me in 18 days.. and suddenly today 16-07-2012 they add new unnecessary service MULTICONTENSTORE are charged me 25 Rs.and not received my call. So plz sir help me
