Unnecessary addition of money

My comnnection was Reliance prepaid. in th emonth of june I got a call from Relaince Customer care telling that there is an offer 199 plan, in that they have 600 minutes free call al over India. Sms pack 100 sms/day. I asked them to change the customer name and details, bacause the sim was bought giving my friend’s details.
THey told they will change the customer and will migrate it to postpaid and they confirmed the offer also.
An agent came to collect my address details. After one month I got a bill of 1210.
I went to the nearest Reliance customer centre (RT Nagar). They told that such a plan is not existing, that agent is ot from reliance customer etc..
THey asked me to pay the bill.ANd I paid 1210 on july 15. I asked them to migrate it to prepaid. They told thay cant. FRom that time till this date I have not used the sim. I got a bill today morning that I should pay 999 for the sim Which I am not using. THree times I contacted reliance customer care of which no necessary action taken from thrie side.
