Sir,
on 2nd Feb 15 60 rs deducted from my balance without any notification, When i called customer care for same they replied me that server is down call after half an our. I called again after sometime and again the same reply given by the customer care. The same reply i use receive for last 4-5 calls. Then after i my call was not being taken by the cust care.
Again on 5th Feb my call was taken by customer care but they replied that they cannot do anything as they dont keep any such record after 2 days. They even not providing any such no. or contact details to whom it may be resolve.
Sir as im defence person i got too much difficulty due to this i was out that time whwen it was deducted and neither i could cantact my officials nor my family due to this sudden deduction.Please look in to the matter
