Unnecessarily Balance Deduction by IDEA CELLULAR

Following is the detail which has led to Pathetic Service from IDEA CELLULAR.

Mobile no: +91-9990346615
Unnecessarily Balance Dedication: Rs.75/- (without any reason)

And i am trying to lodge a complaint from today morning but can’t able to make it, and even though i am not getting a proper reply or justification from Idea customer care peoples.

There justification is completely bullshit.
“They state that you have made a certain downloads which was paid” but the fact is I haven’t used my mobile yesterday around after 10:00PM.

These kinds of fake deduction use to happen most of the time which has no reason, but now I am really fade-up with it.

I don’t know why idea has given a customer care no. if their people can’t entertain customers and their grievances???

This is very unprofessional on part of IDEA CELLULAR that they have deducted my balance without any reason, even asking for the reason of deduction since i have not used it there is no proper & correct response from their side.

So please help me for getting my balance refunded or reimbursed with a proper justification.

    Dear Sir,

    Now again i had received the the same message of deducting Rs.75/- again yesterday night and after receiving that message when i checked my balance again the balance of Rs.75/- was deducted from my account.

    And when i tried to inform or lodge a complaint at Idea Customer care no. the Idea people spoke very much rudely and he stated that he can’t do anything.

    However now situation is that they had also blocked the facility of calling in IDEA Customer Care No.

    Request you to please help me out as i am really fade-up with it.
