It has been the third time that rs 25 has been deducted by vodafone on my number 9709615246 .When i got the deduction summary,it said i downloaded a wallpaper which i am sure i did not.Then i contacted the customer care executive for help,but keep aside help,he was not even polite.Please assist me so that vodafone doesnt charge me extra deduction without any reason.Can they refund those deducted money?i will be very thankful to you.
