Name of company/service: Tata Indicom
I was using tata indicom prepaid plan of 899/- As for my knowledge its calling is all India
free to any network. Recently again I recharge my no with 899/- now the plan suddenly gets
changed without my notification or knowledge.
Also I tried reaching to customer care they are not responding properly.When I tried to reach them and tell my problem they are keeping my call aside. If this is not solved at the earliest, I would like to go for conusmer court
