Unlimited deduction of balance without any reason

My mobile number is 8871280112.On 24 January2013 tata docomo deducted my Rs.72 without any reason.When I called up the customer care they gave me an unsatisfied answer & told me that I have activated a pack which was not true. When I asked for balance refund they ignored me & their executive were also talking rubbishly.This has happened to me before also several times. So I kindly request you to look into the matter & solve it and give me the justice.
