Unlawful recovery from Insurance advisor/agent

I have been an insurance agent with ICICI prudential – advisor code: 00576361.
My previous Manager, Kamil Kazi and i sold a ULIP policy to client of Rs. 3 lakh – one time premium to a customer. After 1 year, ICICI told me that i had missold the policy and that they would recover the NAV fluctuation from me. This is absolutely weird:
– Every policy states that the client is supposed to read the policy document before signing. Then why am i being held responsible for this. The client is entirely responsible for it.
– ICICI is at no loss. ICICI prudential sold another policy instead of this one to the client.
-When the client visited the ICICI branch office, i was not even called to discuss/intervene the matter. How can they take the decision on their own. It is their responsibility to call me and meet with client in such situations.
-I met the concerned person with ICICI Prudential to discuss things and resign; however, the resignation was also not documented.
-Even on repeated requests over phone and meetings, ICICI prudential has not yet provided me the commission statement till date from year 2010. I would want ICICI prudential to provide me ASAP at [email protected].
-ICICI prudential has been recovering amount since then. They have already deducted about Rs. 26,000 (which were there in my account with them – commission from other policies) and now they are demanding another Rs. 22,000.

This is absolutely not lawful and justified. ICICI prudential authorities should see this matter in detail and stop sending me such letters and give back the amount they have taken forcefully and provide me compensation for harassment.
