In my Jan 15 Bill I can see multiple entries for Download which I had not done and total charges against them has been put as Rs.430.
Below are the entries for 23rd Jan 2015 as per Bill

This is very absurd to see changes like these when I had not done any download. It seems Vodafone India is pushing extra burden on customers which is very bad.
