I HAD BEEN FORCED TO PURCHASE TATA DOCOMO 3G STICK (NO:9036081829) BY DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE SENT TO MY HOUSE VIA THEIR REPRESENTATIVE FOR 3 MONTHS OF 22OO POSTPAY PLAN AND PROMISED ME THAT I CAN CHANGE TO PREPAID AFTER 3 MONTHS..
AFTER 4 MONTHS I ASKED THEM TO CHANGE TO PREPAID BY GOING TO KORMANGLA DOCOMO OUTLET THEY ASKED ME TO FILL THE FORM AND SUBMIT DOCUMENTS EVERYTHING WAS DONE AND THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 3-5 PROCESSING DAYS AND A FEE OF 28 WOULD BE CHARGED I AGREED TO THAT AFTER 10 DAYS I CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND HE SAYS I CANT CHANGE TO PREPAID COS IT TAKES 6 MONTHS AFTER THAT U CAN CHANGE TO PREPAID. I ASKED FOR DISCONNECTION HE SAID I HAVE TO PAY 1500RS.
I WAS SHOCKED BY LISTENING TO IT
I WANT A SOLUTION ASAP . I NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM DOCOMO .THIS IS HOW MARKETING IS DONE I GUESS……MY CONTACT NO :9620785991
