75 rs have been deducted from my balance for no reason and when i check last three charges it shows its been deducted fo this -DNLD-DWAP_VPK_0075_PPU_FUT00130, what is this. its been happening for quite some time now,and 9 rs for DNLD-DWAP_VPK_0009_PPU_FUT00130.
