unknown balance deduction

Location/place: bangalore

Name of company/service: vodafone

I had recharged with 95 gprs pack 13 days before.Yesterday night my gprs data balance was around 500 mb,but today morning it is showing zero data available.This is the third time vodafone has trobled me.Kindly take some strict action.
