Dear Sir/Madam,
I am totally frusted with service, of Yes bank as after 4 months opening an account in Yes bank branch Goregaon (W)- SV Rd, ACC No 011790100004251: joint account-Mr s Supriya Sarate & Pradip Sarate, we have received welcome kit- Debit Cadrs & Cheque book from bank in month of May 2013. My balance on July 14 is 9,937.37.
and on 15th July it is showing 9,094.67.
They fined me more than 850 Rs. for Quarterly balance maintainance. It is clear that my account become opeartional when I received my debit and cheque book,in month of may. So Quarter will complete at the end of month of July.
So it is total injutice to me, I want file a compalint of cunstomer harasement using their rules.
They do not have right to do such thing as they are followed the rule of sending welcome kit in time.
I have 2 things asking for:
immediate closing of account -10000 Rs Cheque + Interest of 6 months and 50000 Rs for harassing me with their penalty rule.
If they unable send me welcome kit in time, they should also penalised in legal way.
