i purchased an online UITC card on 26/11/2012 from the site https://portal.bsnl.in/itc/aspxfiles/itcpayments.aspx
but when i tried to use the card on my phone i got the message as card is invalid or card not found

card serial number is 11209031109098
and transactionID is TX12611201200030
