sir,i have ordered a mobile through online from this company on 27/01/2013 i did th full payment and my product order code is UNCO34962 when i tried calling their customer support for the status of my order it did not got connected till date and when ever i tried calling regional head office of hyderabad and chennai they simply disconnect my call without answering my query so sir plz i request you to plz solve my issue i want to know does my order got dispatch if yes then do i receive my product because after all this i got through google to know service of univercell and i got only the negative response in every aspect sir i will be thankful to u and everyone who is doing this great job
