Name of company/service: Uninor mobile Srvices
I, ashish b patel from gandhinagar, gujarat, india.For dissatisfaction from uninor services. So please read my
problem properly and do the needful.
I tried for online recharge from uninor official website of rs. 198/- For my mobile no. 8735886629 on 16th july, 2012. But my account is not recharged instantly but rs. 198/- Is debited from my sbi account.
I called uninor customer call for next four days, and get answered that within 5 days my account will be recharged automatically. But it was not happened.
When I called on 5th day then the customer care representative
replied my that my system can not show any status about my recharge! and she replied me that I have to contact my nearest uninor store.
On sixth day I visited uninor store at infocity, gandhinagar. The person who is at uninor store,mr santosh tried for 45 minutes, but he was not able to solve problem. At the end he replied me that my recharge is in pending status. So he will make it failed so the amount will be rewared in my sbi account.
Then from last five days I am with contact of mr. Santosh, he always give me assurance that he is trying to solve my problem but problem is not solved by higher authorities.
I called your customer care yesterday on 23rd july,2012. Customer care representative replied my that our system is upgrading now so he can not check my status, I have to call after 5 hours.
Ok, I called customer care today. Now they are replying me that today there are 9 days are passed and your system can show the status of last 7 days! so he can not get any info. Of my account!
now tell me what I have to do. Your customer care representatives insisting me that there is no option for me except to contact local uninor store. But I know that he is not able to solve my problem from last five days, so how can he solve my problem for further.
Last nine days are past, no one is ready to get responsibility, every answers form your side are cheating me. I am cheated by unnor. If rs. 198/- Is again credited in my account, on the next day I will be not customer of uninor. I ma so frustrated. Do the needful.
