I have not requested any service called Myplex but I am charged with Rs. 90/-, Rs. 45/- for every Recharge I have made since July 8th. When I sent STOP to 321 it says reply with service no. How do I know the service no and who has given authorisation for the service. Whether the service no is texed to me? With any authorisation if the consumer, I have been charged. I want immediate stoppage of the service and return back.
