Sir,
I had been availing the DTH services since more than 3 years. Initially I was offered a package which cost me less than Rs. 250.00 per month. However, for the last few months, without notifying me, the package changed to some other package which costs me more than what it used to and again two prime news channels CNN IBN and Times Now have been withdrawn!!
On writing to the customer service they informed me that
“We would like to inform you that Economy package has been removed from our platform and your account is running with updated Economy Sports package (Rs. 254.69 per month including taxes). Times Now and CNN IBN channels are not available in that package.”
How come the company takes the customer for a ride ?
