We the residents of UMA SIGNATURE TOWERS, HANUMAN NAGAR, ROAD NO. 12, TARNAKA, SECUNDERABAD. Demand all the Amenities and Facility as per the subject mentioned sanctioned plan.

In connection to the afore mentioned demand we have sent umpteen letter, the details of the same is furnished below.

With respect to the reply to our letter dated June 24, 2012. We would like to state that you have not furnished what we have asked for in our letter.
You have stated that Uma Signature Towers currently is equipped with 2 drinking water lines. Apparently as per our information there is no Munciple water line in the name of Uma Signature Towers. In absence of documentary proof suggesting the same, your statements may tantamount falsification. Therefore we demand a copy of all documents about municipal water connection in the name of UMA Signature Towers.
So far the Electrical Meters are not transferred in the name of the Flat owners as the forms are not signed by the builder. We demand the transfer of the meters in the name of the residents immediately.
All the statutory responsibilities rests with the builder till the Occupancy certificate is issued to each resident. The security of the total apartment rests with the builder. If any untoward thing happens the builder will be held responsible for the same as nothing is handed over to the residents. As residents we are constraint to take the occupancy certificates until all the amenities are not provided to us. We demand a clear timeline for providing the amenities to us duly signed by you.
It is the responsibility of the builder to provide the Generator to the residents of Uma Signature Towers. To every flat owner, at the time of sale it was stated that the Generator will be provided as a power back up. Also there is no specific communication wherein you have stated that the Generator will not be provided by you. The building currently has all the infrastructure planned and built for a power back up from a generator and the same has been shown in the GHMC sanctioned plan. However the generator itself is not installed. We demand an installation of the generator at the earliest because incidents of residents getting locked up in the lifts and residents facing power outages have increasingly become inconvenient to the residents.
We the residents do not find any sign of starting the construction of A Block and B Block as such we want all the amenities to be completed immediately for C Block as you have collected the total money for the same. The site has huge chasms with exposed concrete and iron bars which may cause injure to children and during nights it may cause untoward accidents. Also the approach road to block C is not constructed. An RCC road needs to be constructed. The under construction site may pose a threat to the residents currently. We demand the amenities and a clear time bound construction plan for the RCC approach road to block C and the unfinished construction from you.
If you have your official representative at our apartment in Flat No. 101, please put the same authorisation letter on your letter head duly signed by you and your concerned representative who will be representing you with regards to all the matters at the UMA SIGNATURE TOWERS, H.No. 12-13-893, Hanuman Nagar, Road No. 12, Tarnaka, Secunderabad – 500017 apartment site
As on today there is no security to the whole apartment and there is no proper Boundry wall and In and Out gates. We demand the same immediately.
We want all the Huts in the Cellar and on the Boundry to be removed immediately. Power connection given to all the huts to be removed.

    Additionally the association has now discovered that the builder has not paid property tax since 2011. He has declined to pay when approached. The above condition continues till date. Drinking water connection till now not been provided. The sewage drainage to municipal drain was found to be illegal and now sewage is being collected within the compound giving rise to health hazards. Builder is not taking any steps to provide these basic needs leave apart the amenities like swimming pool, gym etc. which was promised as per brochure.
