Unfare deductions and chareges instead of tariff pack

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

I am a Reliance GSM prepaid customer of Andhra Pradesh circle with the number : 7306620925. I am extremely disappointed with reliance services and customer care. I have recharged my mobile with Rs. 35 tariff pack on 26th December 2012 from there website only (www.rcom.co.in) and even got the successful message from there side. Even after that I used the services after 3 hours of recharge and to my surprise I was charged like normal tariff for SMS and GPRS instead of the rates specified in Rs. 35 pack and due to this reason I was charged Rs. 15. When I contacted reliance customer care, first of all they don’t understand customers problem and give dam excuses and solutions. Then they told me that the benefits of the tariff pack are still not credited to my account and that’s why I am being charged for services. After that they registered a complaint with the complaint id as : 194859476 and told me to wait for 48 hours. What does they mean by that, should I wait for 2 days and don’t use the SMS and GPRS facility due to their mistakes. Reliance always cut balance for no reason. I also emailed them my complaint and they responsed after 24 hours saying that it will be resolved in 2 days. Now its more than 50 hours already and my tariff is still not applicable and i haven’t got my balance back. I request the consumer forum to please help in this regard and punish reliance for this and help me. I was very troubled due to this.
