I made a call to another idea number at around 11:15. The duration of the call was 306 seconds. So Rs 3.06 must be deducted. But somehow Rs 9 was deducted.
I called customer care they says your 1p/s plan is deactivated. I bought this sim with inbuilt plan of 1p/s. Still my call plan is changed without any notification, causing me loss around 50 Rs in various other calls.
