Very good morning
Wish to inform about the unfaithfull message received from the related telecome company (Tata Docomo) in which it was mentioned to provide an internet service of capacity 500MB, by doing the directed procedure I got the service but only of 200MB.
By having a chat with the related customer care it was said that no such message is sent to my number; and the same message received after sending a mail to directed address.
I just want to know that if that message was nnt sent by the related company then how it is possible to now beleive in the all services providing by the company.(?)
please suggest.
