Unfairly high monthly bill

This is regarding my Idea postpaid connection (Account No. 100016289573). I have to make two complaints regarding the above said connection

1. First rental on my post paid plan has been increased without taking prior concern of me whether i want to continue with my current postpaid plan with increased rental or not

2. The second is that the features of that postpaid plan has also been changed without bring it to my notice. By August 2014, I had Power 149 plan in which my STD Calls – Fixed/WLL comes under the free call limit. Now with increased rental of DL_Zoom_175, my STD Calls – Fixed/WLL does not come under free call limit. And this change has not been notified to me. Due to this my monthly bill is higher than my previous monthly bills.

This is not regarding increased Rs 200 that is hurting me. It is the broken faith that is hurting me. I change to Idea because of its good reputation in the market and years of good faith. But due all this bad experience the image in my eyes is tarnished.

I request you to kindly do the needful from your end. And if you are unable to to do some thing satisfactory i request you to kindly take my request to terminate all idea services provided to me.

I am enclosing my August 2014 and September 2014 bill for your reference.
