UNFAIR WAY OF BALANCE DEDUCTION

Name of company/service: RELIANCE CDMA PREPAID MOBILE

Despite 23 days of complaints in the CUSTOMER CARE RELIANCE,
the Reliance has not given proper response and services only automated replies were sent to me.COMPLAINTS OF MY
GRIEVANCES WERE ALSO SENT TO PRESIDENT,CUSTOMER CARE RELIANCE.BUT NO RESPONSE RECEIVED TILL TO DATE.
ON 18-07-2012,AT 4.57 PM BALANCE AMOUNT OF RS.382.89 EXISTED ON MY PHONE NO[9397996561] AND ON 19-07-2012,AT 3.54 PM WHEN I CHECK BACK MY BALANCE IT WAS REDUCED TO ONLY RS 0.07.DURING THAT PERIOD I MADE NO CALLS[RECEIVE/SENT]BUT MY BALANCE AMOUNT DRASTICALLY REDUCED SUCH A POSITION WITHOUT USE.

THIS is to request that ultimatum may be imparted to the company with certain time line for its illegal and irresponsible attitude PROPER SOLUTION MAY PLEASE BE MADE TO MY BURNING ISSUE.
