UNFAIR MEANS AND FAULTY SAMSUNG MOBILE MODEL GT7722 AND BAD SERVICE

I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FAULTY SAMSUNG MOBILE INSTRUMENT MODEL NO. GT7722 WAS SOLD BY LOCAL RETAILER ON 23/02/2011 BILL NO. 1787 AT AJMER. I GOT THE PROBLEM FROM THE 1ST WEEK AFTER PURCHASE.THEN I GONE TO SERVICE CENTERS SEVERAL TIMES.THERE WAS NO PROPER RESPONSE GIVEN BY THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER AND NO REPLACEMENT GIVEN FOR THAT MOBILE SET.THEN I FILED THE CASE FOR THE CHEATING OF COMPANY AT CONSUMER COURT, AJMER ON 21/02/2012.DUE TO FALSE ADDRESS OF SAMSUNG PRINTED ON THE BOX THE NOTICE GIVEN BY CONSUMER COURT RETURNED BACK TWICE AND ALSO THE SAMSUNG COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE DID NOT PROVIDE THE ADDRESS AFTER CALL BY ME.
KINDLY HELP ME BY REGISTERING MY COMPLAIN AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY.
KINDLY PROVIDE ME JUSTICE FOR UNFAIR MEANS AND SAMSUNG COMPANY FAULTY PRODUCT AND SERVICE.
