I received my Monthly Vodafone bill for the Month ending November 18,2014.
While analysing the bill , I found that following amounts were charged in my bill:
10/11/14 d2c_mgossip_pack49 Rs.49
10/11/14 hello1_tvailsouth Rs.30
10/11/14 wapvilla_ppd Rs.49
12/11/14 d2c_ndtv_valuepk Rs.99
Total amount charged was Rs.227 which is wrongly charged.
I contacted customer care but the couldn’t resolve my complaint.
Kindly help me out in this regard and provide me my refund at earliest.
