After many complain to the reliance they have been auto-deducting Rs. 47/- after 10-13 days from the month of january for their VAS GPRS.there was auto-deduction on 23/1 , 3/2 , 13/2 , 23/2 , 4/3.
Even many complaints have been made
on the respective days.
there are complaint numbers, on 23/2 – 198757974 and 198756894
and on 4/3 – 199289055 and 199287188.
There was talk with the senior executive Mr Mayur Bhai Sakpal even he told the its technical problem your all balance deducted would be refunded by the company.
Many messages were sent to the company to deactivate this service but the reply was your request could not be proceed …
There were many commitments made by every customer care executive but there was no solution made to my problem.
There is record of every message, complains and talk with the customer car executive.
“Not yet any amount of the balance has been refunded its approx Rs. 190 ”
there a lot of inconvenience to us by the company.
