unfair deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: kerala&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: tata docomo</p>my balance had been deducted by an amount of rs 29.46 by saying that i had activated firang gals through wap connection.i had registered a complaint against them in this site.but the amount was not refunded back.i request you to refund the amount.
