Unfair Deduction

Location/place: Meerut

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I was told that msg pack will not be active on 5 days – Republic Day,Independence Day,Gandhi Jayanti,Holi and Diwali.

But on 14th Feb (Valentone’s Day),balance is being deducted for outgoing messages without any prior notice.
