Unfair business practice in AIRTEL 9679999996

Dear Team,
Please be informed I am a customer of Airtel from last 1 and half year. Before 15 days ago when I have lost my SIM card on travelling ,not getting the SIM card as replacement.

I have visited AIRTEL store multiple times but they are stating that this number is not belongs to me and not in my name however on connection purchased time on June’11 ,I was submitted my documents to the retailer.

Before 15 days I have used this connection without any problem, if there was any discrepancy their system or data base then why should I suffer for the same.

It’s my humble request you to please look in this matter and help me in getting my number ASAP.

I have also done a GD on my local police station for this issue.
