unfair billing by indian icon company

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: tata docomo

I am using tata docomo network from last one year and my plan is of 299 renta l+50rs internet service for 2gb but from the day I started using
internet service my bill is started coming to 800 to 1000rs where previously it was 300rs as they had started charging for value add services as 400 to 500 rs per month even though I had not downloaded any thing as it get downloaded in my mobile automatically but the company executive arenot ready to listen any thing and even not giving any reponse to my complaint.As a Indian I am proud to be customer of an Indian icon Mr.Ratan Tata but very dishearted with fraud doing by his company.
please give me judgment for my grievance as soon as possible.
