Unfair approch

Sir,
My name is jithesh.k.p. I have taken a reliance net connect+ connection on 29th of june. I have been getting their said speed of 3.1Mbps till 19th of july.My net connect number is 09387295979. But from 20th of this month onwards i was getting only 230.4kbps speed. I have called reliance customer care for all most 10 times from 20th july to this date.The answer i am getting from them is that my connection has been downgraded accidentally and will get resolved in 24 hrs. But still now i am not getting 3.1Mbps speed and the problem hasn’t resolved.I have already submitted my address proof and photo when i took this connection. I have taken this connection to do my office works and as the modem is not working properly causes me great tension and have caused great mental agony due to this issue. Kindly look through my complaint and pls take some immediate action against the unfair approach from reliance communication.
