Unfair amount deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Ajmer&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: TATA DOCOMO GSM</p>Company activates unknown services even when I dont subscribe them….deducted Rs50 day before yesterday without notifying me… and Rs30 yesterday of activating kissing tips!!! When I call complaint numbers IVR always says all are busy… called about 200 times each day… and am sick now.. :'(
