Unethical Profit Making Strategy of Aircel

I recharged for 108 rupees (full talk time top up) and within a week without me making any major STD or local calls or sending SMS my balance is now reduced to 15 rupees. I get sms saying that games are downloaded, some value added services being activated without me initiating any of those services. The customer care service is also sub-standard where I never get connected to an executive despite following the IVR to lodge a complaint. This is clear evidence to Aircel’s unethical strategies to make profit by squeezing its hapless customers. I will not recommend Aircel services to any of my colleagues or friends.
