Hi, I am user of Idea cellular prepaid services for the last 7 years, but recently switched to postpaid for only reason that it would be cheaper.
My plan details
425 rs
600mb (3g) data free for the month.
used last month only 500mb data.
they are charging 681 rs for the gprs usage of the last month.
my total bill amounted to 1339
my complaint is against this unethical practices.
please help me in this regard
