i placed an order 100001023 for washin machine Rs. 7656.00 on M/s Next online on 23.7.12. The order was registered, i received a cinfirmatory call the same day. next day i called to recheck the status, they said that machine will be delivered in 5-7 days. today on 27.7.12 they phoned me and told me that they had given wrong prices and the prices have been revised now. This is totally unethical on the part of M/s Next. After 4 days of confirmation they are suddenly having afterthoughts. May please resolve.
