Unethical bill statement

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: TATA Docomo

Hello Team,
I have been receiving last two months bill from tata docomo even after i paid amount in advance while availing connection.
This is really a big concern for me, as i dont want to pay the bill multiple times.

Could you please help here to resolve this.
