Name of company/service: Reliance digital

Recently I went to buy a headphone for my Karbonn A21 at the store , I liked a philips headphone and when I asked sales representative he told me that it will be compatible to your phone and if it doesnt work you can buy any other. After confirming same for 5 times and his assurance I bought that, I tried immediately in the shop itself and it didn’t work for my phone , When I asked for replacement as promised by sales staff they humiliated me and did not give me replacement saying that headphone is fine and working with other phones , So go and change your phone

I was very unpleased and sad I got the bill and threw away headphone there itself and I was shocked at the rude behavior of staff that nobody came forward and they kept the piece. Now I need answer from reliance digital about such behavior and these unethical practices

    Thanks for your reply,

    I can understand that this behavior is not typical as I have been a regular customer at store , But such incidents creates very bad impression and leads to negative brand perception .

    I appreciate your response on this , And will appreciate it further if my problem gets resolved without any more trouble or hassle.

    48 hours have passed still no communication , Reliance digital has seriously took my trust away for lifetime
