Undue charges

I am really very dissapointed with Idea recently. My phone number is 8058924244 and i have received messages on 6th march and 29th march of this year from 51998 and have been charged 3 rs each for them. I e-mailed the company to which they wanted to confirm my email. They even called me on my this number and asked me to verify my number by asking some details. I didn’t mind that and that service was discontinued which was in the first place automatically activated. Again now on 30th may i received a similar kind of message which charged me rs.3. I thought of regestering the complaint but couldn’t get time for the same. Till this it was bearable. Today i received a message that my wwe zone service request has been activated for Rs.75/15 days. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223 and the message is from 54300. I want this service deactivated and i want the company to refund my money back. I have had faith in Idea and want to continue having it.

  1. I suggest you that, This company is totally fraud and there staff also. They collect money for regarding Post Paid Sim and didn’t refund money and Post Paid Sim.

    I suggest you to go through other company such as Airtel or Vodafone. Earlier Idea Customer contact me that they will pay me money which them staff collected by me. And now also no, customers and no staff calling me. They are fraud.

    Go in other Telecom Company.
