it has been observed by me that oflate
whnever i activate Rs.5 internet pack of airtel ,they always deduct balance from my main balance inspite of having sufficient balance in my gprs balance,and if by luck i been able contact with their customer care personnel they inform that it is because of download however at the time of activation there is no mention of download charges,also if i have 12-15 ruppes balance left still i am not been able tocall or send sms.it is extremely poor and pathetic services from one of the most renowned telecom behemoth.
