undelivered products after full payment

I am soumya ranjan mishra from orissa,bhadrak. i purchased an item from india times. its not been delivered but they r saying its been delivered. Everyday am calling to customer care but they are saying same thing everytime that its under process and they will contact soon. I saw lots of complaints against india times. They are playing with consumers. I hope i ll get my item soon or my money back.
