Dear Sir/Mam,
I have buy a new laptop HP 15d009 Tu on 10th April 2014. From that day number of issues has been raised in this laptop means i have just fed of this laptop. The complaints that i have raised against this laptop are as follows:
1. Case ID # 4725871422— Having Issue in Software Installation
2. Case ID # 4725897526—driver installation
3. Issue in Power —-It automatically goes in the sleep mode and doesnt recover back.
4. Alphabet v Letter is not working
Straight forward, I am telling them to replace the laptop. I told them this replacement inside their replacement policy but they over rule by replying that we are sending you the softwares. So, what should we do if we have problem from first day in the product. I request for the best solution from your side. Please help me out.
