Recently I bought a new Post-paid SIM (No.- 9595678992) with special 125 plan from reliance which got activated on Saturday, 17th August, 2013. On the same day, I have also got the G123 activated through your customer support. Today, 20th August 2013, my number got barred. When I contacted your customer support executive, i got to know that my bill got exceeded to Rs.1219.4. When I enquired with them in detail, then I got to know that, this amount may be due to excess internet usage. My concern is that, how could the amount reach so high within 3 days when I have the internet pack activated having 1Gb data free. I have also got the message of the activation of G123 plan. If this plan was not valid for this area, how could your customer care executive process it. I want you to take the necessary action immediately and I want my service back without paying anything with immediate effect. Plz contact me on 9011678992.
