My name is Vikrant Pharma. I had purchased BATA Brown shoes.
I had weared these pair of shoes for a very short time period and they are torn,uncomfortable and i feel pain in my toes wearing these costly shoes.
For these issue i went to BATA- outlet (South Ex part-2 New delhi India)and they rudely denied to give me any neglected to give any service. I am very frustrated because of this service provided to me by BATA the Huge BRAND.
