Today I call three time in customer care for enquiry about wrong balance deduction on 22/09/14. First time I talk to Mr. Sumit, then I talk to someone. I asked his name. But they not tell me. Third time I talk to Mr. Satyam and says about my problem. They create a Sr behalf of my problem. But Second agent has been blocked my ATM card without request or reason. SBI agent provide very bad service and it’s very seem.

Why is there no easy method to unblock the card? And Not having a 24 hr customer service representative is another bad reputation! I have entered the OTP thrice wrong because the OTP sent for a transaction very very late. Now when I am trying to Unblock my card for online transaction, there is no way because there is no possible option in IVR response and no way to contact one of your customer care executives. I am stuck for next 12 hours without being able to do any thing with the Credit card which is highlights the worst service by a reputed banks credit card wing.

today (15/03/2016)me and my friend went to 2 SBI banks for opening my friends saving a/c but the bank employees refused to open his a/c only because he was staying in rent,i said to the staff there that, we have all the documents including the rent agreement and id proof but the manager refused to open the a/c,he very rudely said,go to the place where you have a permanent and open your a/c there ,i in response to the manager said what will a person do if he has no permanent address ,he again rudely said then don’t open bank a/c ,this incident happened in the,SBI Jankipuram ,Lucknow ,UP branch then i went to another SBI bank which is SBI Sector-K, Aliganj, Lucknow branch,they also treated us very rudely and said we cannot do it go and open a a/c where you have a permanent address
